Ordering, payment and access

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and access is provided, unless the checkout states otherwise. You are responsible for providing a working email address and checking the order details.

[OWNER TO CONFIRM: payment provider, digital-access provider, access period, account requirements and delivery method before checkout is connected]

Your bank, card issuer, AI service, website builder, domain registrar or other third party may charge separately. Those charges are not included unless the checkout expressly says they are.

Your licence

A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the kit and its outputs for one business that you own or are authorised to act for. You may adapt the resulting copy, plan, prompts and identity guidance for that business.

You must not resell, sublicense, share, redistribute, publish as a template, copy for multiple businesses, or give another person access to the product. Nudge Ahead retains ownership of the kit's design, wording, method, templates and software. Your own business material remains yours.

Third-party AI and website services

The kits help you prepare instructions and content for separate AI and website-building services. You must create and manage those accounts yourself and accept their prices, usage limits, privacy terms and other conditions.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to other output. Nudge Ahead does not guarantee a particular design, search position, conversion result, legal compliance or commercial outcome. Availability and behaviour of third-party services can change outside our control.

Your responsibility before publishing

You must review, edit and approve all generated copy, claims, prices, images, contact details, accessibility, permissions, privacy information and website functionality before publishing. Do not publish testimonials, credentials, results, statistics, legal claims or other facts that you cannot verify.

You are responsible for rights and permissions for names, logos, fonts, photographs and other material you upload or use, and for taking appropriate professional advice where your business is regulated or the subject requires it.

Cancellation and refunds for digital content

If you are a UK consumer, you will normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that cancellation right is lost only if, before supply begins, you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that doing so means losing the cancellation right.

[OWNER TO CONFIRM: checkout must capture and retain this separate express consent and acknowledgement before immediate digital access is launched]. Until the checkout and delivery arrangement is confirmed, do not assume the right has been waived.

If immediate access has not begun, or the required consent and acknowledgement were not obtained, any statutory cancellation right continues to apply. To ask to cancel, email us with the order details. Nothing here removes rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unavailable digital content.

Faulty or misdescribed digital content

Digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for a disclosed purpose where UK consumer law applies. If it is faulty, you may be entitled to repair or replacement and, where that cannot be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, an appropriate price reduction. You may also have rights if faulty digital content damages your device or other digital content because reasonable care and skill were not used.

Please contact us with the order details and a clear description of the problem so it can be investigated. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Website use, availability and liability

You may use this website only lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, seek unauthorised access, submit harmful material, scrape it, or copy its content or code without permission. Demonstration businesses and examples are illustrative and are not customer claims or promised results.

We do not promise uninterrupted access. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Any other limitation must be applied only to the extent permitted by law and with regard to whether you are acting as a consumer or business.

Governing law and disputes

[OWNER TO CONFIRM: owner location, customer locations served, intended governing law and competent courts]. Consumers may also have mandatory rights and may be able to bring proceedings in the part of the UK where they live; these terms do not override those rights.

Questions or complaints can be sent to hello@nudgeahead.co.uk. These terms are general business wording and are not presented as legal advice or lawyer-approved.
